Processing Time
At Unveeil Creations, all products are handmade and often personalized with care.
Please allow 5–14 business days for processing before your order ships.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been created and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
Estimated delivery time: Up to 7 business days after processing.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by seasonal volume, weather conditions, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and timelines vary. If international shipping is enabled at checkout, estimated delivery times will be provided by the carrier.
Any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the package is scanned by the carrier.

Local Pickup — Brampton, ON
We offer free local pickup in Brampton, Ontario.
If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready and instructions for scheduling a pickup time.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Unveeil Creations is not responsible for:

Packages delayed by the carrier

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Lost or stolen parcels after delivery
However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because each item is made to order, custom and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping timelines begin after the creation and customization period.
